Mark was an agent and Broker associate with EPR Commercial for five years before starting Haynie Commercial Group in New Braunfels, TX. He received his degree in Construction Management from Texas A&M University in 1984. Mark has been involved with multiple complex commercial projects up to 24 million dollars and has always had a passion for real estate and construction. His experience in commercial real estate started in 1996 working for a commercial real estate firm in the Dallas Fort Worth area. He is from South Texas and has lived here his entire life.
Mark focuses on the listing and selling of commercial properties specializing in Multifamily, retail, and office properties in the New Braunfels, San Marcos and San Antonio areas and along the I35 corridor.
In addition, Mark was an investor and partner on a 53 unit apartment complex in San Antonio and currently owns/manages a 14 unit residential rental property in Canyon Lake, TX. He is also a CCIM Designee, Independent Rental Owner Professional, International Code Council Certified general contractor and LEED AP, professional.
